Pricelist (2027)
Below you will find the current rental rates for Villa Sophia.
The rates are based on a stay for up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, we charge €100 per person.
The rental rates exclude:

Payment procedure
Once your booking of Villa Sophia has been confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement.
A 25% deposit of the total rental price is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your arrival.
Once the full payment has been received, we will send you all the practical information you need for your stay by email, allowing you to prepare for your holiday with peace of mind.
